boneless chicken and premaid bread dough

Cut up the chicken into little pieces and boil

add chicken bulion

let the bread dough rise and the roll it out and cut it into little pieces and add it to the boiling chicken

add corn starch to thicken if you like

total time is about 30 min.
Do you chicken bouillon cubes, mix them with water. Or make your own by boiling your chicken in water with your choice of seasonings.

Or here is a recipe I found without broth

INGREDIENTS

1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces

1 teaspoon salt

freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 pound biscuit baking mix

2 large carrots, sliced

2 stalks celery, finely chopped

5 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

DIRECTIONS

Put chicken pieces in a large pot over medium heat, and add enough water to cover 3 inches over the chicken. Add the salt, celery, pepper, carrots, celery and potatoes. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 40 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, prepare biscuit mix according to package directions. After simmering soup for 40 minutes, drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the biscuit mixture into the pot and let them cook a bit between additions of dumplings, so that they do not stick together.

With a wire whisk, mix together about 1 1/2 cups of water with the flour, then add flour mixture to the soup pot until the broth has the consistency of gravy. Dig in and enjoy the meal!
I just boil my chicken (either whole chicken or leg quarters with salt and pepper. After your chicken is cooked and cooled remove from pot and debone--save your broth! Return chicken to pot and bring to boil.

To make my dumpilings I just use chicken broth(from pot) and flour to make a dough. Pat thin and cut into strips with pizza cutter. Drop strips into remaining broth and cook for 30 more min.
i just boil a chicken in water until done just put enough water to cover and then when done remove the chicken and debone it mix Bisquick with milk per directions or just make them pasty think and dip the spoon in the hot broth and scoop them b the teaspoon full into the broth until the pot is full let cook like biscuits for 15 to 20 min flip them half way threw remove and do more until you have enough simmer on med heat, good with onion and celery or just plain when cooking the meat for the broth,or buy store bought biscuits and cut into 4 and drop them into cream of chicken and cream of celery mixed and cover and bake until down ,or drop into broth and simmer 20 min

Prefer one that has good drippings for homemade gravy. Thank you so much.Looking for a great fried chicken recipe?
Mine doesn't sport the drippings but I'll shoot anyway. I usually use this with breast strips. Mix up a couple cups of preferably unbleached flower with a generous portion (a table spoon or so, I would suppose) of Lawry Seasoned salt, about the same amount of garlic power, slightly less paprika, about the same amount of black pepper as the paprika, as well as just a dash of red pepper and of dill weed. Mix this up thoroughly either in a large zip-lock bag or in a plastic tub that you can seal. Heat up a mixture of half canola oil and half olive oil in your wok (preferably, if not another sort of frying pan will do). Crack an egg in a bowl and whisk it. Dip your chicken thoroughly in the egg and then put it in your flower, etc. mixture and shake it. Put it in the hot oil and cook until golden brown. The wife and I like this a lot. Looking for a great fried chicken recipe?
    Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten

    2 cups milk

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    4 teaspoons salt

    2 teaspoons black pepper

1 teaspoon msg (monosodium glutamate-you can use Accent Flavor Enhancer)

    6 cups Crisco cooking oil

2 frying chickens, with skin, each cut into 6 pieces

    Directions

1In a small bowl combine the egg and milk.

2In a separate bowl, combine the remaining four dry ingredients.

3Dip each piece of chicken into the milk mixture until fully moistened. Roll the moistened chicken into the flour mixture until completely coated.

4Pour the oil into the pressure cooker and heat over medium heat to about 400.

5In groups of 4 or 5, drop the chicken pieces into the oil and lock the lid into place. When the steam begins shooting through the pressure release, set the timer for 10 minutes.

6After 10 minutes, release the pressure according to manufacturer's instruct ions, and remove the chicken to paper towels or a metal rack to drain.

    7Repeat with remaining chicken
This is unusual, but I'll give it a shot.

Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and soak them in Buffalo sauce overnight. (It helps if you poke them full of holes with a fork before hand)

The next day, bake them at 350 under foil, for about an hour, until the chicken is fully cooked all the way through.

Pull them out of the oven, drain the juice into a bowl and cover with more buffalo sauce.

Prepare 2 cups flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, tyme and celery salt, to taste. (1/4 tsp each will do plenty).

Using no egg, coat each piece of chicken with the buffalo sauce, then coat in flour mixture.

Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown (medium heat). Since the chicken is already baked, you needn't worry about burning the breading to fully cook it.

when the chicken is done, add what buffalo sauce is left to your flour and stir into a batter. Add a bit of water as needed. Slice an onion down and dip the rings into the batter. Fry in the same oil. It should yield a very light, but crispy coating.

Take your bowl of chicken juices and two cubes of chicken bullion and heat on med-low in a sauce pan, stirring in about 4 heaping tbsp of the batter, as it gets hot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. and it should produce a nice zingy gravy.

One of my favorite things to do is use skinless boneless chicken breasts, let them marinade in Zesty Italian dressing in a bowl in the fridge overnight and then bake or grill it. Goes good with pasta salad (from a box with grape tomatoes added) and italian bread drizzled with zesty italian dressing and covered with mozzeralla baked in the oven until the cheese melts. What are some easy chicken recipes?
Well I like the easy sand which ones Get a chicken breast season and fry it put in a kaiser roll with tomatoes cheese butter lettuce mayonnaise and a bit of dijon mustard enjoy with chips and a cool drink

If you want a warm meal try a few peices of chicken breast in the crock pot. let cook till soft shred then add a fourth of a jar of mole and a bit of chicken broth let cook and mix the sauce till it is like a simmered gravy. serve over rice with a salad and there you go.

in the remaining oli/sause thing on the bottom of the pan you can cook some mushrooms out of a can, and they ll turn delicious

My favorite way to cook a chicken is just that, nothing else.

Put the chicken in a pan and roast it @ 350 for an hour to 1.5 or until done.

No rubs, no spices, no hassle.
I have three really easy ones. You just use boneless chicken breasts for each.

    #1:

Cut the breasts in pieces, sprinkle with soul seasoning, put on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet, cover with aluminum foil, cook for about 20 minutes at 425 F.

    #2:

Pound chicken breasts flat. Put some tomato/basil feta or goat cheese in centers, roll up and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.

    #3

Put chicken in crockpot, pour a bottle of BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple (optional) over it. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. You can start this one before you leave for work.

    Easy Roast Chicken Recipe

After many variations, this is now my family's one and only favorite roast chicken recipe. We have it often for Sunday dinner and even my super picky kids ask for seconds. It makes a delicious moist roast chicken recipe the kids and whole family will love.

For a light roast dinner serve this with roast potatoes (see below) and a mixed salad. For a heartier roast dinner simply add a selection of your favorite cooked veggies and enjoy!

    Perfect Roast Chicken and Potatoes

    * This is a slight variation of Jamie Oliver鈥檚 roast chicken recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 good quality whole chicken

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

    1 large lemon

    5 cloves garlic

    Fresh thyme

    Olive oil

    Fresh rosemary (leaves only)

    Potatoes (for roasting)

    Directions:

Step 1 - Rinse the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the chicken inside and out with sea salt and black pepper. If possible do this a few hours before cooking. Cover chicken and place back in refrigerator until time to cook. This will make the meat really tasty.

Step 2 - Before cooking chicken, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Peel and cut potatoes into golf size pieces and put them in boiling water along with the whole lemon and whole garlic cloves. Boil potatoes for 12 minutes (no longer). Drain well. Remove lemon and garlic and set aside. Toss the potatoes in the colander a few times to give them a rough outer edge. This will make crispier potatoes. Set aside.

Step 3 - Take the chicken and gently pull breast skin back and pour a little olive oil between skin and breast meat. Rub remainder of chicken inside and out with olive oil. Take the whole lemon and carefully pierce a few times. Place the whole pierced lemon, garlic cloves and few sprigs of fresh thyme into the cavity of the chicken. Take another few sprigs of thyme and place them between the skin and breast meat. Place chicken on roasting tray and cook at 350F for about 45 minutes. Remove chicken to plate.

Step 4 -Take the potatoes and rosemary leaves and toss them around in the tray with the chicken fat drippings. Sprinkle with salt. Make a gap in center of potatoes and place chicken back in tray. Cook for a further 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and potatoes are golden.

Step 5 - Take chicken out of oven and remove lemon, thyme and garlic from cavity and discard. Carve roast chicken and serve with roasted potatoes and fresh garden salad.

    Extra Tip:

If you're a garlic lover and the kids don't mind, vary this recipe by mashing up the garlic once the chicken and potatoes have finished cooking and rub all over cooked chicken.

For an even juicier roast chicken recipe try placing about 6 bacon strips over chicken for the last 45 minutes. Place the bacon on the chicken at the same time you add the potatoes to the tray.

As we have this as a light dinner with salad, we don't bother with gravy. The chicken is moist enough.

However, if you'd like gravy simply place fat drippings in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Place one tablespoon of flour in 1/2 cup cold water and stir.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the fat drippings stirring often to avoid lumping. Stir until gravy thickens. It may be necessary to add a little butter if you don't have enough fat drippingsChicken recipes?
just put a good spaghetti sauce over it make sure to add garlic and put a guda or mozza on it and bake....use chicken breast tho...
line a oven proof dish with cooked chicken, pour over thinly BBQ sauce, and generously sprinkle over mozzarella and cheddar, put in the oven till the cheese melts and browns a little, serve with fries and corn on cob

Make a white sauce by melting 4 tbsp butter. Stir in 4 tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in 1 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup chicken broth gradually and season with salt and pepper. heat slowly until thickened. Remove from heat and add cooked chicken and vegetables.

Here you can either put the mixture into a pie crust or put it into a casserole and top with canned biscuits that have been halved.

I use onion, peas and carrots..sometimes potatoes and even mushsrooms

might need some milk and butter for the gravy part....and maybe chicken stock..

    shortening for the crust..
    Here's the easiest recipe:

    Quick Chicken Pot Pie

    INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken

4 ounces sliced mushrooms, about 1/2 cup

1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots or mixed vegetables

    1/4 cup chopped onions

1/2 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

    milk

    .

    Topping

    .

    1 cup biscuit mix

    1/4 cup shortening

    3/4 cup milk

    PREPARATION:

Put chicken, vegetables, salt and pepper in a 2-quart casserole. Add soup and stir, adding milk a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Blend shortening into biscuit mix and add 3/4 cup milk, stirring until smooth. Pour batter over top of casserole. Bake 45 min at 375掳. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

    Serves 4.
2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken

4 ounces sliced mushrooms, about 1/2 cup

1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots or mixed vegetables

    1/4 cup chopped onions

1/2 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

    milk

    .Pie crust ingredients

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, diced into 1/2-inch cubes (best to chill cubes in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before using)

    1/4 cup vegetable shortening, chilled

3 to 4 Tbsp ice water

Put chicken, vegetables, salt and pepper in a 2-quart casserole. Add soup and stir, adding milk a little at a time until desired consistency is reached..Prepare the pie crust dough. Combine the flour and salt in a food processor. Add the chilled butter cubes and pulse 5 times to combine. And the shortening and pulse a few more times, until the dough resembles a coarse cornmeal, with some pea-sized pieces of butter. Slowly stream in ice water, a tablespoon at a time, pulsing after each addition, until the dough sticks together when you press some between your fingers. Empty the food processor, placing the dough on a clean surface. Use your hands to mold into a ball, then flatten the ball into a disk. put pastry over top of casserole. Bake 45 min at 375掳. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
You can use a Pillsbury pie crust rolled in a box sold in the cold food section of the grocery store. I make Chicken pot pie with frozen peas, carrots and onions that I rinse in cold water to thaw. I use Campbell Cream of Potato soup and don't thin it with water. I let the crust sit out about 20 minutes at room temperature before I put it into a pie dish. I mix the diced chicken, vegetables and soup in a bowl. Pour into crust and then put on the top crust. Slice holes for bubbling. Wrap the edge with foil until 10 minutes before done. Then remove foil and finish baking. Bake at the apple pie recipe on the box at the box heat amount. Works every time for me.
Here's what I do. You need:

    *What you listed

    *Pie Crust

*1 or 2 cups grated cheddar/monterey jack mixture

*1 Can cream of chicken soup

*minced onion, sauteed first (optional if you dont like onions)

*Put the bottom half of the crust in a pie pan, mix em all together, put the top crust on, pinch the edges all the way around to seal it.

*Put several fork holes in the top.

bake at 375 for 35 mins, check it, if not browned a bit on top, put it in for 5 more, repeat that again if necessary.

Follow up: Sorry, I never make the crust because it is so messy and a pain. I go the lazy route and buy the pre-made ones, which are just as UNhealthy ;)
    INGREDIENTS

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon salt

    3/4 cup lard

    6 tablespoons cold water

    1/2 cup butter

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon salt

    black pepper to taste

    2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

    3 cups chicken broth

    1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

    3 tablespoons butter

    3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

    2 carrot, finely chopped

    2 stalks celery, finely chopped

    2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

    DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Cut in lard until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Divide dough in half and shape into balls. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Roll one ball out to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate. Roll out top crust and set aside.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C.)

In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and onion. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. In a separate pan, saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter, then stir into saucepan. Stir in chicken, carrot, celery and potatoes. Mix well and pour into bottom pie crust. Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut away excess dough. Make several small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown, and filling is bubbly.

    Recipe for chicken pomodoro panini?

I've become obsessed with Panera Bread's chicken pomodoro panini...does anyone have a recipe similiar to it??? Thanks!Recipe for chicken pomodoro panini?
    INGREDIENTS:

4 large, firm, sun-ripened garden tomatoes

    1/4 cup olive oil

12 fresh basil leaves, 8 shredded, and 4 whole

    1 clove garlic, crushed

2 mozzarella balls (about a half pound, or 200 g, drained), cut into 8 slices

    Salt and pepper to taste

    PREPARATION:

Crush the garlic, mix it with the oil and the shredded basil, season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper, and let it rest 10 minutes. While doing this, turn on your broiler.

Cut the tomatoes in half crosswise, drain them, and put them in an oven-proof pan, skin-side up.

Run the tomatoes under the broiler for a minute or two, flip them, and broil the other sides as well. Arrange the slices of mozzarella on half the tomato halves, cover them with the other halves, and run the tomatoes under the broiler for a few seconds more, until the mozzarella begins to soften.

Arrange the tomatoes on plates, drizzle the pan drippings and a few more drops of oil over them, garnish with the whole basilRecipe for chicken pomodoro panini?
The Panera version doesn't use whole tomatoes and also uses chicken. It doesn't seem anything like the recipe above. There's a closer match here

Looking for a baked Chicken leg recipe that isn't too spicy and doesn't have tomatoes in it, any suggestions ?

My husband's family is coming over for dinner tomorrow night and I want to make baked chicken (they for some reason don't eat turkey, but will eat chicken) and most of them love chicken legs.

I prefer to make baked chicken, but don't really have a good recipe that will fit their needs, can anyone help?

    Thanks!

Looking for a baked Chicken leg recipe that isn't too spicy and doesn't have tomatoes in it, any suggestions ?
    Try these ideas:

Dip the chicken legs into ranch dressing, then roll them in crushed Ritz crackers, then place into a baking pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

You can change it up by using different dipping ingredients and coatings. Use any type of salad dressing instead of ranch, and any type of cracker. Or even corn flakes...no kidding, they make a wonderful coating for chicken. My grandchildren love them.

Another method is the sauce method. Season the chicken legs and put into a sprayed baking pan. Pour over a can of cream of celery soup that's been mixed with 1/2 can of milk. Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes. You've not only got a great tasting chicken leg, but a sauce that cooks right along with it. Great for serving over rice. Again, you can change up the ';sauce';. Use a different soup (there are so many). I've used cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of asparagus, cheddar cheese soup, use your imagination.

    Here is an Italian version:

Dip the chicken legs in Italian salad dressing and roll in a mixture of 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Bake in a sprayed pan as above.

OK GURL LET ME TELL YOU THIS ..NOW THIS IS JUST MY OPINION SO DONT GIVE ME THUMBS DOWN....

I CLEAN MY CHICKEN OF COURSE TO REMOVE THE FAT THEN PUT A VINEGAR OR LEMON JUICE TO GET ALL THAT NASTY FAT THAT IS LEFT ON THE CHICKEN..THEN RINSE...OK HERES THE FUN PART THE SEASONING ON THE CHICKEN...I USE WHITE PEPPER,SALT, GARLIC,ROSEMARY GROUND,A PINCH OF SAGE,AND OF COURSE A LITTLE LEMON JUICE AND WATER COVER IT UP COOK @ 375 DEGREES AFTER 30 MINS UNCOVER AND ALONG THE SKIN TO COOK FOR ABOUT 5-7 MINS ON BROIL

    WATCH YOUR FOOD OK.....

OR HOW ABOUT DOING THE LEGS WITH CREAM OF MUSHROOM SAUCE?
Try seasoning them like you would a turkey. Put the dressing on the bottom of the pan and lying the chicken drumsticks on top. If you get decent sized drumsticks they should cook at about the same time.
Yes! I don't specifically have a recipe for you, but there's a great site you can use to find one. The link is www.recipezaar.com. I'll bet you can find something on there that you like ;)
