Can anybody tell me the recipe of Chicken-65 or any dry chicken/mutton recipe?

here it is.......





Chicken 65





12 chicken drumsticks


1/2 cup curds (yoghurt)


1 chicken bouillon cube


1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)


1/4 teaspoon cumin powder


1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste


turmeric


soya sauce


1/4 cup curry leaves, chopped


2-3 green chilies, chopped


2-3 tablespoons tomato ketchup


2-3 tablespoons ghee or oil, to fry


coriander leaves, chopped to garnish





Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them.


Mix the soup cube, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, soya sauce with the curd (Do not add salt).


Marinate the chicken for atleast 4 hours in this mixture.


Cook the chicken in the marinade till done.


Take the chicken pcs out of the gravy if any.


Set aside the gravy (if any).


Shallow fry the drumsicks till browned in oil or clarified butter (ghee).


Do this 1 or 2 pcs at a time for them to get a nice colour.


Keep the chicken pcs aside.


Now in the same ghee stir fry the chopped curry leaves and green chillies till crisp.


Add the chicken and stir fry.


Add the reserved gravy (if any).


Add tomato ketchup according to taste to coat the chicken pcs.


Cook till there is no liquid left and the chicken is coated with the sauce but dry.


Garnish with the coriander leaves.


Enjoy.








Mutton/Chicken Dosa Recipe





Ingredients





For the stuffing:





Ground mutton or chicken 鈥?200 gm


Ginger garlic paste - 4 tsp


Garam masala paste - 4 tsp


Chilly powder - 4 tsp


Onion(finely chopped) 鈥?陆


Turmeric powder - 1 tsp


Cloves(Grambu) 鈥?3 nos


Cinnamon(Karugapatta) 鈥?3 pieces


Cardamom(Elakka) 鈥?3 nos


Coriander powder - 2 tsp


Coriander leaves





For dosas:





All purpose flour(Maida) 鈥?陆 cup


Salt 鈥?As reqd


Baking powder 鈥?A pinch


Salt 鈥?As reqd





For the coating:


Eggs 鈥?3 nos


Ghee - 10 tsp





Preparation Method


For making the stuffing:


1)Heat some oil in the pan.





2)Add the ginger-garlic paste along with the onions and fry them until the ginger %26amp; garlic paste is well cooked and the onions are golden brown.





3)Add mutton(ground) and fry them a bit. Lower the flame and close the pan with a lid.





4)Allow the mutton to cook slowly for 30 - 35 min with 1 cup of water,





5)Add rest of the ingredients.





6)When the mutton is well cooked, remove the lid and fry them in the pan for a while until the water evaporates. The mutton should be dry and coated with the masala only.





7)Add the coriander leaves.





For making the Dosas:





1)Mix together maida, milk, a pinch of baking soda and salt.





2)Pour one ladle of the batter on a dosa tawa and spread it very thinly.





3)Pour 1 tsp of oil and close with a lid. Take them out when they are white on both sides.





4)Repeat the process depending upon the number of dosas.





For making mutton dosas:


1)Heat the dosa tawa.





2)Add the cooked mutton masala in the middle of a dosa.





3)Dip it in the beaten egg mixture.





4)Place it on the dosa tawa, apply little ghee or butter, turn them over for a couple of times until the outer egg mixture is cooked.
