This is low calorie, aswell as really tasty:

Heat a non-stick pan for 2 or 3 minutes.

In the meantime, coat the skinless boneless chicken breast in olive oil (about 1 and 1/5 teaspoon per breast).

Place it on the hot pan, and season it with lemon juice salt (or, better, garlic salt) and some parsley).

Turn it when the edge starts to whitten, and repeat seasoning on the cooked side.

I hope you like it...it's really moist, which is nice for chicken.I need a new recipe for chicken breast, getting bored with the same old ones. I usually bake them, new ideas?
Cut it into bite sized cubes. Squirt lemon juice over the top of it and then dump ranch dip mix on top. Put more lemon juice and stir it well. Let it soak for a few hours.(the longer the better) Cook it in a frying pan on the stove. While you are cooking it, squirt more lemon juice on it.
Try Cajun Chicken Breast

How about adding some curry powder and do an indian cuisine. Keep in mind if you've never eaten curry before you should serve it with ginger ale as this neutralizes any negative effects curry might have on a first timer.

So here's the steps:

1) Season chicken breast as you normally do

2) put oil in pan and heat as if you're preparing to fry

the chicken

3) Add curry powder and let burn adequately

4) once that is done add chicken

5) Then cook pasta or rice or potatoes

6) when you're done call me cuz I'm ready 2 eat!

7) Oh, you can add boiled potatoes in with your chicken

but diced to marble tomatoe size.

8) some vegies on the side and your done
