What is a good recipe for chicken wings?

Buffalo


Ingredients:


24 Chicken wings


1/2 cup Melted butter


6 tablespoons Hot pepper sauce


1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper


4 tablespoons Soy sauce


1 cup Brown sugar


6 cloves Garlic, minced


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.





Place wings in a baking pan.





In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, hot pepper sauce, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.





Brush wings with the sauce.





Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through, basting frequently.





Just before serving, pour remaining sauce over wings, broil for one minute to crisp the skin.





Cajun Buffalo Wings Recipe


3 pounds Chicken Wings


1 Bottle Bbq Sauce


1 1/2 teaspoon red cayenne pepper


1/4 teaspoon salt


2 teaspoons black pepper


1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes -- minced


1 teaspoon onion flakes -- minced


3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce


2 tablespoons Jalapeno Sauce


1 tablespoon tabasco sauce


1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning


Place all ingredients in crockpot. Heat on low for 4-5 hours. Drain wings on rack over thick paper towels. Place on broiler pan, broil for 4-5 minutes until slightly crispy. Serve with reserved sauce from crockpot.





Easy Teriyaki Wings Recipe


/4 cup ketchup


1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


2 tablespoons brown sugar


1/4 cup oil


1/4 cup soy sauce


1/4 cup lemon juice


2 pounds chicken wing


Remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint.





Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate chicken in shallow non-reactive baking dish overnight, or for at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.





Preheat oven to 375. Arrange chicken on rack in aluminum foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade, until well browned and tender.





CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS


24 chicken wings


3/4 cup soy sauce


3/4 cup dry sherry


1 1/2 teaspoons ginger


3 cloves garlic, crushed


3 tablespoons honey


6 cups vegetable or peanut oil (for frying)





Cut off tips of chicken wings if desired. Place wings into a large ziploc bag or storage container with soy sauce, sherry, ginger, garlic and honey. Stir to distribute all ingredients (except oil) and coat the chicken pieces well.


Place in refrigerator overnight, stirring around occasionally to make sure all pieces are marinated evenly.





Preheat oil to 360-365 degrees in a heavy bottom pan.





Drain wings and lower several at a time into hot oil using tongs. Do not overload fryer to prevent oil temperature from dropping too much.

Maple Syrup Chicken Wings [barbecue]





Comments: Excellent served along with garlic bread, or a sour cream dip.


If desired, mix together all marinade ingredients one day ahead of time and leave chicken wings to marinate overnight, refrigerated.


Servings: 4











8 to 12 chicken wings, rinsed then patted dried


2 tablespoons [30 mL] tarragon vinegar


4 tablespoons [60 mL] maple syrup


2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil


1 teaspoon [5 mL] soy sauce


1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard


2 garlic cloves, crushed then chopped


A few drops lemon juice


Salt and pepper, to taste


Oil, to brush the barbecue rack


Oil barbecue rack; preheat barbecue.


Arrange cleaned dried chicken wings into a bowl.


Pour in tarragon vinegar and maple syrup; salt, pepper, and mix well.


Then well mix in oil, soy sauce, dry mustard, crushed garlic and lemon juice.


Leave to marinate for 1 hour, refrigerated.


Barbecue chicken wings over hot barbecue rack cover down for 5 to 6 minutes.


Uncover and barbecue chicken wings for 15 to 20 minutes longer, brushing chicken wings with marinade every once in a while.


Chicken wings are done when meat separates easily from bones.

Ingredients A:


1 kg mid-joint wings (washed, drained dry)





Ingredients B: (marinade)


2 tbsp fine shrimp sauce


1 tbsp sesame oil


陆 tsp pepper


1 tbsp hua tiao wine


1 tbsp sugar


1 tbsp honey


1 tbsp corn flour





Ingredients C:


1 egg white





Ingredients D:


200g tapioca flour





Method


1. Mixed Ingredients A and Ingredients B evenly and marinate for 1-2 hours


2. Add egg white and mixed till well combine


3. Coat every wing evenly with tapioca flour


4. Fry till golden with medium heat
I like mine sweet, so I use Original Flavor Bone Suckin' Sauce.





Preheat oven to 350.





5 pounds of chicken wings, rinsed


Sprinkle them with salt and pepper


Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes.





Mix 1 stick of butter (melted) and half a jar of Bone Suckin' Sauce





Pour it over the wings and bake until the wings are done, about 10-15 minutes.





If you prefer using fried wings, you can fry them first, then coat them in the sauce/butter mixture and bake for 5 minutes.





And if you prefer hot wings, Bone Suckin' Sauce makes a Hot formula and a mustard-based formula.
Caramelized Chicken Wings





3 lbs chicken wings


2 tablespoons olive oil


1/2 cup soy sauce


2 tablespoons ketchup


1 cup honey


1 garlic clove, minced, to taste


1 pinch salt


1 pinch ground black pepper





Preheat oven to 375 degrees.





Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.





Mix the oil, soy sauce,ketchup,honey,garlic,salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.





Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.

Key Lime Barbecue Chicken Wings Recipe





Key lime juice gives a delightful tang to marinated baked chicken wings. Serve as an appetizer or entree. This recipe is designed for the Crock-Pot BBQ-Pit庐 , but oven method instructions are also included. You can also use this recipe on a standard outdoor barbecue. Try the marinade and sauce on other cuts of chicken as well as pork.


INGREDIENTS:


1 cup ketchup


1/4 cup fresh key lime juice or Persian lime juice


2 Tbsp liquid smoke


1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce


1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar


2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed


1 tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste


1 tsp granulated garlic powder


1/4 cup minced sweet onion


4 pounds meaty chicken wing pieces, joints separated and tips discarded (or save tips for making stock), about 24 pieces





PREPARATION:





Marinade:


In a small bowl, combine ketchup, key lime juice, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, and sweet onion.





Stir until well-combined. (Yields about 1-1/2 cups of marinade.)





Place chicken wing pieces into a large freezer zip-top bag. Pour in the marinade, squeeze out the air, and seal. Turn bag over and over until chicken wings are coated with the marinade. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight.





Spray the well of the Crock-Pot BBQ-Pit庐 with cooking oil spray. Place roasting rack in well. Remove chicken wing pieces from marinade, reserving marinade, and place in a single layer on the roasting rack. Set the Crock-Pot BBQ-Pit庐 temperature control to High. Cook 2 to 2-1/2 hours.





While chicken wings are cooking, bring reserved marinade to a boil in a small saucepan. Let boil for five minutes. Thirty minutes before wings are done, baste chicken wings with boiled marinade sauce, and continue cooking until wings are tender.





Yield: 8 appetizer or 3 entree servings





Oven-bake Method:


Marinate per above instructions. Preheat oven to 325 F. Place wings on a baking rack nestled inside a baking pan. Bake about 1-1/2 hours, basting with boiled marinade sauce during the last half hour.
