';Pick Up Stix'; House Special Chicken Recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for the ';House Special Sauce'; at Pick up Stix. They use it in their recipe for ';House Special Chicken';. I crave it all the time and would love to be able to prepare it from home!

Believe it or not the sauce is the standard stir fry sauce used in most Asian restaurants just like Yoshinoya's:





To make the stir-fry sauce, combine the following six ingredients in a bowl:





Ingredients:


1 teaspoon chili oil (you can substitute sesame oil)


2 cloves garlic, minced


1 tablespoon minced ginger


3 spring onions, washed, white parts sliced very thin (reserve green sections)


3 tablespoons soy sauce


3/4 cup water


When your stir fry is ready to plate add the combined ingredients into the wok or pan and then add the cornstarch slurry.

Well I don't have it for sure ... but try researching it on Google or next time you're at Pick up Stix, ask them for the recipe and if they say it's ';secret'; or ';none of your business'; or something along that line, you should tell them that they should sell bottles of their 'secret sauce' in grocery markets and at their local restaurants ... but I don't think you'll ever get the recipe ... 0_0
