Anyone have a recipe for chicken in a honey sauce?

My favorite chinese restuarant has this chicken in a honey sauce. The chicken is in little pieces and very crispy with this sweet, orange-colored honey sauce on it. Any ideas?Anyone have a recipe for chicken in a honey sauce?
You could make a honey glaze. Take some soy sauce and add some honey and sesame seeds to it. Heat it up in a sauce pan and slowly simmer until it thickens. Take it off the heat and set it aside. Take your chicken chicken and cook it up. Use vegetable oil and at a pretty high heat to get it crispy. When the chicken is done, discard any extra oil and pour your sauce on it. Mix it and stir it around. Serve over rice.Anyone have a recipe for chicken in a honey sauce?
Chicken in Honey Sauce

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 (3 to 3 1/2 pound) broiler-fryer, cut up

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup butter, melted

Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to mix. Place 2 pieces of chicken in bag; shake to coat chicken. Dip floured chicken in 1/2 cup melted butter. Place chicken, skin side up, in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Repeat process with remaining chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400*F (205*C) for 30 minutes.

Drain off pan drippings; turn chicken over. Combine honey, lemon juice and 1/4 cup melted butter; pour over chicken. Cover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with pan juices.

Makes 4 servings.
The chicken is cubed up and fried (shaken with flour, fried at 350* for about 5 - 10 minutes)

SAUCE:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup honey
You talking bout Sweet and Sour chicken? Thats my fav chinese dish. The chicken is fried (small pieces) then use the orange-ish colored sauce to put on it.
