Anyone got a good recipe for chicken breast in white wine sauce?

Chicken in Wine Sauce is always yummy. Here are a couple of my favorites:





Basic White Wine Sauce





Brown chicken in olive oil. Drain excess oil and use white wine to deglaze pan, making sure that you get up all the good stuff in the bottom of the pan. Add salt, pepper, and 1 T dijon mustard. Let sauce simmer until it thickens. If it is still too thin, then blend 1 T corn starch with 1/4 cup chicken broth until smooth and add to the mixture.





Chicken with Artichokes and Goat Cheese:





4 Chicken breasts


1 pkg goat cheese


1 can artichoke hearts


salt, pepper


1 cup white wine


1 T dijon mustard








Cut into the thickest part of the chicken to make a pocket. Salt and pepper outside and inside of pocket. Drain artichoke hearts, saving liquid for sauce. Chop the hearts and blend with goat cheese. Take stuffing mixture and fill the pockets of the chicken. You may have some left over for scrambled eggs at breakfast! If necessary, skewer the chicken with toothpicks and then brown in olive oil. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. In skillet, drain excess oil and put wine, artichoke brine and dijon mustard. Blend until smooth and simmer. Add cornstarch if necessary. When chicken is cooked, put on platter and spoon sauce over the top.Anyone got a good recipe for chicken breast in white wine sauce?

Make a picatta sauce.





White wine, capers, butter, and a pasty flour/water mixture slowly stirred in. Add some lemon juice, garlic, and salt/pepper to taste.





Finish with some parsley for color.

just grill your chicken breast after being marinated with LIME not lemon, salt , white pepper, oregano.





the you do a white sauce with mushroom, cooking cream, 1egg, salt and White pepper and of course white wine .





you can have it either with Basmati rice or Tagliatelli
a real cheat is to buy Campbells' condensed chicken soup with white wine , add this to panfried breasts and then place in casserole in moderate oven for 45 mins
Should you need a shop bought one, then Sainsbury's sell an excellent 2 chicken breast fillets in either red, or white wine sauce!

Maranade the chicken in your white wine, with paprika, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Maranage th chicken until it is white, then slap that on the grill and you got some tasty chicken!!!
