Does anyone have an awesome and easy chicken recipe?

for boneless skinless chicken breast. i am soooooooo out of ideas. HELP!!!Does anyone have an awesome and easy chicken recipe?
Try this recipe for what is known as Swiss Chicken...

Cook the chicken breasts lightly on each side with a little bit of butter and one teaspoon garlic. Then use one cup white wine and one cup water to piour over the chicken and cook this (on a lowish heat) turning once or twice to ensure cooked evenly through. When the chicken is finished take it out and put ona tray and cover with a piece of ham and one piece of swiss cheese per chicken breast and place in overn for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese. In the pan keep the wine/water mix and add in one teaspoonm dijon mustard and about 150 mls of cream to thicken the mixture. I then pour this over the top of the chicken when I serve it and then garnish with chives or spring onions! This is a really easy and delicious recipe!!! I hope you enjoy it :-)Does anyone have an awesome and easy chicken recipe?
I marinade them in Italian salad dressing and then grill them. The spices from the salad dressing adds a nice flavor. Don't use the creamy kind.
Claypot chicken rice (Chinese Style)

3 chicken breast meat, chopped into small pieces

1/2 can of button mushrooms (slice half)

1 tb sesame oil

2 tb chinese wine

2 tb dark soya sauce

1 tb light soya sauce

Handful of lettuce, shredded into long strips

1 cup of rice %26amp; 1.5 cups of water *

1. Marinate chicken breast meat with the sesame oil, chinese wine and soya sauces. Put in fridge while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

2. Cook rice in pot with low-medium fire. Stir occasionally to prevent burn at the bottom of the pot. After 15-20 minutes**, open pot %26amp; add chicken meat. Then, add the mushrooms on top. Close the pot and allow the pot to finish cooking the rice, approximately another 5-10 minutes.

3. Open the pot %26amp; add 1 teaspoon of dark soya sauce. Stir up the rice %26amp; all the ingredients and serve immediately on a bed of shredded lettuce. (This recipe serves two)

* Different people have different measurements for cooking rice. For me, I've always used the proportion 1 cup of rice to not more than 1.5 cups of water. In this recipe, you can substiute half of the water with chicken stock for added flavour!

** My pot usually takes 20 minutes to finish cooking rice. Basically, add the chicken meat and mushrooms five minutes before the rice is done. For me, this would be 15 minutes after the rice starts cooking, but it might be different for you!
Honey mustart is so easy, equal parts honey and mustard with liek a teasppon of dill and just coat chicken and bake! %26lt;#

Barbecue and pineapple, Put the chicken in a Pyrex, dump a couple of cans of chunked pineapple in there, and cover it all with BBQ sauce, I prefer open pit BBQ sauce but any kind you like will still taste just as good. I eat this stuff all the time. My children really like it too. It takes about 45 minutes from start to finish. I bake mine at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
do it on the grill with a sauce that you like. also marinate your chicken breasts in a marinate that you like. I use worcesterhire black ground pepper, sea salt and oregano. but that's just me. I also like a vinegar+ tomato based sauce for basting...i'm from NC. and most people in the western part of the state agree that tangy is better than sweet!
put on a salad
McCormick Bagn'Season Country Chicken (seasoning with cooking bag - found in seasoning aisle of just about any grocery store). Makes a delicious sauce........chicken is moist......and easy clean-up. It is great with other chicken parts, too!

Edit

Wow 2 of you already tried this and did not like it? Hum thats surprising - always gets attention when I take it to potluck events. Its my most requested recipe. But then I actually know how to cook - This one is healthful as well.
shake and bake. easiest thing in the entire world.
We like to season them with a rub like Durn Good Seasoning, spray lightly with Pam for Grilling and then grill them. To get them to turn out nice and juicy we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. It has instructions for how to grill chicken breasts of various thicknesses.

Then we put a little of our favorite bbq sauce in a small dish and use it as a dipping sauce. It's easy and excellent.
Put chicken in fry pan; open a can of cream of mushroom soup and put on top; cover and put on LOW heat for half an hour...

EASY but not awesome
My families love Shake N Bake. It keeps the chicken moist and has a wonderful flavor. Its not very imaginative, but it is good. I usually serve the chicken with Stove Top Stuffing and either peas or corn.

I also do a chicken stir fry. I marinate the chicken breasts in a marinade of choice, cut the chicken into small chunks and stir fry in a small amount of oil. I add veggies that I purchase from the frozen food section made especially for stir frying and serve over rice.
