Chicken recipes???

what are some easy chicken recipes that the whole family can enjoy???Chicken recipes???
BBQ chicken.

prepare some chicken pieces, slather BBQ sauce on them, roast in the oven, and voila! =)Chicken recipes???
Butterfield Jerk Chicken

INDOOR: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Follow directions for preparing chicken. Lay chicken (skin side up) on a foil-lined pan. Roast in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn brush with glaze and continue roasting for 10 minutes. Turn once more generously brush with glaze and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until done.

For Chicken:

1 whole roasting chicken

1/4 cup Jamaican jerk seasoning

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For Glaze:

1 cup dark rum

1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate

1 teaspoon allspice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

To butterfly chicken, start by removing neck, giblets, and cut away excess fat. Next, take a pair of kitchen shears and cut along both sides of backbone to remove. Turn chicken over skin side up and press down between the breasts to break the keel bone (this will allow the chicken to lay very flat on grill).

In a small bowl, combine jerk seasoning, cloves, and cinnamon. Sprinkle liberally over all sides of chicken; set aside. Chicken can be prepared up to this point a day ahead.

For glaze: In a small pot over medium-high heat, combine all glaze ingredients. Bring to boil and cook until glaze thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.

Set up grill for indirect grilling over medium heat or heat a 10-inch cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Oil grate when ready to start cooking.

Place the chicken in the skillet skin side down and cook until skin is crisp and has nice grill marks. Brush the flesh side with the glaze, then turn the chicken over and brush the skin side. Transfer the grill pan to the oven and bake until chicken is cooked golden and the internal temperature of the thigh registers 180 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, about 30 minutes. Transfer to cutting board; let rest 5 minutes before cutting. Serve hot.
Chicken Roll Ups

You'll need shredded cooked chicken and one tortilla per person for this one. You'll also need a jar of salsa and about 8 oz. grated Jack cheese. Place about 1/4 cup chicken on each tortilla, and cover the chicken with salsa. Roll up the tortillas burrito style, and put in a shallow baking dish. Cover all the tortillas with cheese and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. I like to serve this with refried beans and rice.
Orange Juice Chicken

Enough Chicken for the family (I buy the leg and thigh combos)

Orange Juice

Bro^n Sugar

Heat oven to 300 degrees Fern.

Rub sugar on one side of chicken pieces. Place in a 9'; x 13'; x 2'; glass pan. Pour Orange Juice until chicken is covered. Checking oj level every half hour if needed add more. Cook for 3 hours or until done. Enjoy!!

COLA CHICKEN

(And more variations of recipe)

(My favorite: Wings or Ribs)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 cup catsup

1 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.

Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.

(turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from

sticking to pan)

Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce

becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

You can double the recipe and use more pieces of

chicken....wings...would be ideal...add some hot

sauce....presto ';Hot

Wings';!

I have used Ribs, just as good.

I tried this recipe with 'meatballs'....was equally

as good...served over rice.

I found another variation.....omit the catsup and add a small

jar of Salsa (any variety).

I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup....not).

You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be

messed up....wouldn't you??

Well...while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe

using Salsa.....I was also trying to carry on a conversation with my

husband...(just proves...I can't do two things at once)....mixed

Salsa %26amp; Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out

the catsup) %26amp; Cola........still turned out really tasty (to me)...might

be a little sweeter than some of you like.

I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)

but...I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for ';HOT';) Buffalo Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken).

Finally....!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken......that's good , too.

Another (bright)idea.....I thought of trying......replace the

catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce...and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp.....!

Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce......eh...wasn't all that

great...was OK...probably won't be fixing it again.

Also tried beef stew cuts......that was pretty good.....I can see

myself making this again.

Served both over rice.....think the stew cuts would have been just as

good over noodles.

How about using the little cocktail weiners/sausages?

CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN

BAKE:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place chicken on lightly greased baking pan.

Sprinkle with additional onion crumbs, if desired.

Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Mushroom Chicken

4 boneless/skinless chicken breast (or any pieces you like)

1 can cream of mushroom soup.

1 can water

Place chicken in crock pot (or sauce pan for stove top cooking)

mix soup %26amp; 1 can of water together

pour over chicken

cook on medium heat until boiling then reduce heat and cook until chicken is really tender %26amp; falling apart.

Serve over noodles or rice or dressing....or???
i just started making this recipe. i have the slightest idea what its called but i enjoyed it.

its basically cut up chicken breasts, noodles and cream of mushroom soup...thats it.

i didn't think it would turn out good but one day i was bored so i tried it. i liked it and i hate mushrooms.

btw cook the chicken and noodles separate. after the noodles are done then add the cooked breasts and soup and u can put it in the oven (optional)
I frequently go to allrecipes.com. There's a place where you can type in main ingredient and a whole bunch of recipes should help you!

I personally like to bake chicken, stuffing, and a can of cream of mushroom soup together for an easy meal.
