Christmas dinner: chicken entree recipes?

Does anyone know any recipes for a chicken dinner? maybe something a little different? We eat a lot of blackend chicken, and with pasta.. and with orange juice..

any ideas? and what do we buy for 2-4 people? Is there any place where we'd be able to buy a whole chicken, or is that too much chicken?

And what can we make as sides with it? maybe deviled eggs a bad idea? what else??

Thank you. =)Christmas dinner: chicken entree recipes?
Most grocery stores sell rotisserie chickens. Each person will eat 1/4-1/2 a chicken. For four hungry people, I would probably get 2 of them. Make some mashed taters, green bean casserole, and some deviled eggs to complete the meal. Serve with an iceberg lettuce salad, rolls, and iced tea.Christmas dinner: chicken entree recipes?
Chicken cromesquis

To Begin This recipe we will proceed to prepare shoddy chicken, which is cooked in a ragout containing one tomatoes, one onion, some fresh coriander and paprika the whole at low temperature into vacuum, or then with soft fire in the absence of adequate material. Once this first step done, we will prepare breadcrumbs with flour, eggs and chap lure. Thus after having desiccated our shoddy in a frying pan, we will add some agar agar or gelatin, then we start by making of them balls which will be breaded in the flour then the eggs (seasoned salt, pepper and olive oil) then in chapelure (two times in eggs mixture and chapelure is recommended), and finally frying those delicately.

This cromesquis can be served with mashed potatoes (butter, milk, parsley and salt) and some frisee salad.

For a sauce a orange juice reduction will be perfect. I hope that I have helped you.
