4) Upon hearing doorbell, hand 拢7 cash to delivery boy and receive a fresh, hot chicken korma.

Works for me every time.
fThis is a bit of a cheat but it's tasty.

A jar of Patak's Korma sauce and buy a block of hard coconut (cant' remember if it's butter but it comes in a solid block - by Pataks. Blue packet about 75p).

Do all the cooking of the meat and warm up the sauce in the same pan Then add about a quarter of this solid coconut. It tends to thicken the sauce so keep an eye out and add water if necessary. Just simmer 'til it has melted.

The taste is divine. It would work with liquid coconut too but the whole tin may be too much.

Buy peshwari naan. I hope you try this. It's quick and easy and very tasty.
Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

2 large onions, chopped

6 tablespoons plain yogurt

2 tablespoons mango chutney

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

2 teaspoons garam masala

2 teaspoons salt

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, chopped

1/3 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.

Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions in oil until soft.

Place onion, yogurt, mango chutney, garlic, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and into the bowl of a food processor. Spread chicken into prepared baking dish, and pour the onion sauce over the chicken.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the top, and serve.
