What is a good SIMPLE Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe?

I'd rather there be no almonds and no pickles.

I just want something simple.

Thanks.What is a good SIMPLE Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe?
Chicken Salad

One roasted in the store chicken from Wal-Mart (taken off the bone)

1/2 cup mayo

salt, pepper, to taste

2/3 cup of grapes cut in half

2 had boil eggs finely chopped.

Place all ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly. You can increase or decrease the amount of may to your taste. If you like onions you can add those also but my family will not eat onions so I use onion powder to taste. I know grapes sound weird in chicken salad but the taste is delicious.

I always get my chicken already cooked from the deli at Wal-Mart because it saves me from having to cook it. People always think I did all the work. Everyone loves it!What is a good SIMPLE Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe?
You'll need:

* 1 cup mayonnaise

* 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

* 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/8 teaspoon celery salt

* 4 cups chopped leftover grilled chicken

* 2 celery stalks, sliced

* 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

* 2/3 cup salted cashews

* 8 slices bread, toasted

* 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

* 4 large red leaf lettuce leaves

* 1 ripe tomato, sliced

Instructions:

1. Whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, pepper, garlic powder, and celery salt until combined. Combine the chicken, celery, cranberries, and cashews in a large bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly combined.

2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread. Divide the chicken salad between four of the slices of toast; top each with a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. Complete each sandwich with the remaining toast slices.

:] Enjoy!
Simple is sometimes best:

As far as amounts, you can pretty much ';eyeball'; this recipe, as the amounts are really ';designed around how much chicken you're using';........

Chopped chicken (either white or dark, or BOTH!!;)

Mayo, Miracle Whip, sour cream, Ranch Dressing (whichever you like~if you like it moister, use more, if you like a drier chicken salad, use less....depends on YOUR tastes....)

Salt and pepper....................

Can't get any simpler than that!!!! Enjoy your sandwich!!!!!!!!!!!

If you cook chicken breast or use a can of chicken, add Kraft
