get a bag of frozen wings that have both the bars and drumettes.
Take out what you need and let them thaw (i put them in water and microwave defrost for faster thawing)
get a big ziplock and put in about a cup of flour, and some seasonings.
Add the wings and shake well.
I cook mine in a deepfryer for 25 minutes.
After they come out, I let them drain a couple mintues on a papertowel.
then i coat them with sauce (whatever you like here) and broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes. It kinda bakes the sauce in some, and you end up with those crunchysticky yummy wings.
sauces- bbq, teriyaki, ranch, I also like using peach preserves mixed with garlic and soy sauce for an asian flavor
