im a single young girl living on my own and i hate to cook, but my fav thing to eat is chicken.. what are some easy and quick recipes? and i don't want any that have like 832457 different ingredients cause thats not easy. What are some easy chicken recipes?
One of my favorite things to do is use skinless boneless chicken breasts, let them marinade in Zesty Italian dressing in a bowl in the fridge overnight and then bake or grill it. Goes good with pasta salad (from a box with grape tomatoes added) and italian bread drizzled with zesty italian dressing and covered with mozzeralla baked in the oven until the cheese melts. What are some easy chicken recipes?
Well I like the easy sand which ones Get a chicken breast season and fry it put in a kaiser roll with tomatoes cheese butter lettuce mayonnaise and a bit of dijon mustard enjoy with chips and a cool drink

try getting a can of shredded chicken mix with mayonnaise, chopped celery and sliced black olives season with a bit of salt and pepper, and mix together. Then spoon onto a croissant and add thin sliced cucumbers instead of lettuce.

If you want a warm meal try a few peices of chicken breast in the crock pot. let cook till soft shred then add a fourth of a jar of mole and a bit of chicken broth let cook and mix the sauce till it is like a simmered gravy. serve over rice with a salad and there you go.

Enjoy hope these help a bit.
well cut it in small pieces, this way it keeps all the flavour AND it gets cooked faast

Then you can make a marinade with some olive oil oregano peper salt any balsamic vinegar and put chicken in it and wait 3 hrs

If you dont have the time simply put it in a frying pan with olive oil

springle oregano salt and pepper or any other spices and herbs you want on top and fry it

When its allready colored you can ad some vodca or cognac or wine to put in an alcoholic flavour

also you can put in some full fat milk cream as well , but that doesnt qualify as a diet dish any more

take it out of the pan

in the remaining oli/sause thing on the bottom of the pan you can cook some mushrooms out of a can, and they ll turn delicious
I saw something very similar to this recipe earlier and it looks really yummy. http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/00鈥?/a>

Just thought of one more where you probably have all the ingredients already at home. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Orange-Juic鈥?/a> Also if you're cooking for yourself, you can change the number of servings. One breast (or whatever chicken you have) for dinner and one for a sandwich tomorrow.

My favorite way to cook a chicken is just that, nothing else.

Put the chicken in a pan and roast it @ 350 for an hour to 1.5 or until done.

No rubs, no spices, no hassle.
I have three really easy ones. You just use boneless chicken breasts for each.

#1:

Cut the breasts in pieces, sprinkle with soul seasoning, put on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet, cover with aluminum foil, cook for about 20 minutes at 425 F.

#2:

Pound chicken breasts flat. Put some tomato/basil feta or goat cheese in centers, roll up and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.

#3

Put chicken in crockpot, pour a bottle of BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple (optional) over it. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. You can start this one before you leave for work.
