well alot of people have already posted about the obvious problem with salmonella bacteria possibly killing someone, but what alot of people don't know is there is a special breed of chicken call blue foot chicken that is specially raised to not have the bacteria and is possible to tar-tare, but there is also the concern of the pork ';ceviche'; and i would use that term loosely as it is typically raw seafood, but pork also can give people trichinosis and also kill people, do everyone a favor and cook the food :-P
chicken needs to be cooked so you don't get salmonella poisoning.
lol don't worry about the recipe everyone will be so sick they won't even care
