I'm cooking for a friend of mine and I like him a lot. He likes chicken breast with fries lol. I usally grill my chicken breast but I wanna do something to impress him. anyone have a recipe for Chicken Breast??Does anyone have a recipe for Chicken breast please help I'm cooking for a guy.?

dice up the chicken and saute it in your favorite italian dressing. this is really rood with rice and any sort of veggie you have on hand.





oh and as for the above.. dont cook any chicken breast ofr 70 minutes.
Make a pocket in the breast with a knife and fill it with garlic butter. then bread it and bake it at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
make a yummy sauce for the chicken .. stir 2 big spoons of wholegrain mustard in a frying pan.. cook it for a few minutes and stir.. the flavours are lovely when cooked ..then add a cup chicken stock then add a cup of cream and let it simmer.. then just before you are about to serve stir in some beated eggs to thicken it.. it's yummo my bf almosts wets his pants when i cook it..lol

I guess you could take the chicken breast and dunk it in a bowl of whipped raw eggs, the roll it in a bowl (mixture of) flour,salt,pepper,garlic salt.





Fry it in oil on high until it browns and then turn it down to a low temp, cover with a lid and let it cook slowly.








or: if you are feel like experimenting, take a couple of chicken breasts--place in a glass cooking dish


put about four pats of butter in there and add about 1/3 cup of soy sauce.


cover with a lid or tin foil and bake until done. This can be served with rice.





Or:


put your chicken breast in a glass cooking dish...open a can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and cover with tin foil or a lid. Cook til done.

CHICKEN BREAST ROLL UPS








12 slices boneless chicken breasts


12 slices ham or Prosciutto


1/2 cup catsup


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1/2 cup apricot jam





Sandwich the boneless, skinless chicken breasts between two slices of waxed paper. Flatten each chicken breast by pounding with a mallet or the bottom of a heavy frying pan or other heavy object.


Place a piece of ham or prosciutto on each chicken breast and roll. Place seam side down in a shallow baking dish. Mix together catsup, mayonnaise and jam.





Pour mixture over the chicken. Bake uncovered in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.

It is really easy just done ina fry pan with a tiny bit of oil. Just sprinkle some ';cajun'; spices on it and it is absolutely delicious. Otherwise cook it ina bit of chilli sauce.

take 2 large chicken fillets cover them in barbecue sauce place a slice of pineapple on top of each one then wrap a piece of back bacon round them and top with cheeese cover loosely with tin foil and place on a baking tray cook for about 45 mins on gas mark 4/180 degrees serve with potato wedges and fresh green salad
